Radioactive Smoothie

Just a quick note about my fun morning - I had the pleasure of experiencing a UGI (upper Gastrointestinal) exam this morning, which means that right now, I'm a little more radioactive than usual. I did, after all, drink two nice cups of barium, which tasted like liquid chalk and was surprisingly heavy in their little paper cups. I really should've expected its extra heaviness, considering its atomic weight of 137.327, but it was early in the morning and I hadn't eaten or drunk anything since midnight the night before, so my thought processes were, at best, a little hazy. Things seemed to go well though, and I should get the results in a few days. I'm really hoping I don't have undergo a lower Gastrointestinal exam though, as I suspect having barium introduced through the obvious alternate route might not be so fun.
